I have located two patents for the Walther Model 2. Wood or ivory grips were also available by special order. The standard finish was blue, but nickel was available by special order. The left grip has “Caliber 6,35” instead of the CW logo. The standard gripsĪre checkered hard rubber with the superposed CW logo in an oval at the top. This guitar was made sometime between the years of 1992-2000, and I am assuming it was made in 2000 based off of the serial number that begins with 00, but I could be wrong. The guitar has a comfortable concert jumbo body and a great sounding piezo bridge pickup with 3-band eq. The guitar has a very cool unique 24 fret 25.625” scale length that is perfect for being able to play farther down the fretboard than any other standard acoustic electric guitar. This guitar features a spruce top, maple back and sides, rosewood fretboard and mahogany neck. Charvel 625C Acoustic Electric in Ebony finish made in 2000.
